Hey Mama, I'm Zoey.
Mother of six. Founder of Birth Initiation and Filí Forest in Costa Rica.
Throughout the years I have taken the role of mother, nutritionist, physiologist, birth keeper, doula, teacher, integrative educator, land owner, farmer, and dance teacher.
These roles all prepared me for my true calling as a birth initiation guide.
Over the years I have had mentors, gurus, teachers, and advisors. But birth itself has been my greatest teacher.
What I share with women in my work as a birth keeper, physiologist, and mother is a combination of science and the sacred.
I am here to walk alongside women as they remember what they have always known.
