Hey Mama, I'm Zoey.
Mother of six. Founder of Birth Initiation and Filí Forest, a regenerative fruit farm and sacred birth center on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.
My first birth was terrifying. Excruciatingly painful. I had studied human physiology. I had researched everything I could. And still I arrived at the threshold completely unprepared for what birth actually was. No one told me something else was possible.
Everything changed in my fourth birth.
Alone with my husband, no midwife, my baby stuck. I had no choice but to surrender completely to something I didn't yet understand. And in that surrender, something extraordinary happened.
Birth became the most powerful and pleasurable experience of my life.
And for my last two births, I connected with that knowing through the entire process and developed a practice to create ecstatic births.
This course is everything I have learned across six births, years of supporting women, and a lifetime of studying the sacred science of alchemy.
